• Dry: Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid high heat — distorts embroidery.
• Iron: Do not iron directly on embroidery. Reverse side only with pressing cloth.
• Bleach: Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
• Storage: Avoid abrasive surfaces. Store folded, not on a hanger long-term.

Damage from improper care is not covered under our defect policy.

• Manufacturing: 14 business days (standard) / 21 business days (custom). Production begins after payment confirmation.
• Shipping: ~14 business days international after dispatch. Tracking provided at dispatch.
• Returns: All sales final. No returns for sizing or change of mind.
• Defects: Report within 7 days of receipt with photos. Validated defects replaced at no cost.
