Standard orders require 14 business days to manufacture and quality inspect. After dispatch, international shipping takes approximately 14 business days. Total turnaround is approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Custom orders require 21 business days for production. Add shipping on top of that. If you need something by a specific date, contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility.
Cancellations and modifications are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After the 24-hour window, your garment enters the manufacturing queue and cannot be altered or cancelled.
To request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours, email support@pumpkinduke.com immediately with your order number.
You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched from our facility. Use our Order Tracking Portal or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
During the manufacturing phase your order will not have tracking movement — that is normal. Tracking activates at the point of dispatch.
Yes. Bulk orders of 10+ units are eligible for manufacturing priority and volume pricing. Submit a Custom Manufacturing Request through our Dispatch page with quantity, design requirements, and your target delivery date. We will respond with a full quote within 48 hours.
All Pumpkin Duke designs are applied exclusively to black garments. We work with heavyweight hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and premium T-shirts. All base garments are selected specifically for their weight, fabric composition, and ability to hold detailed embroidery without puckering or distortion.
We do not embroider on customer-supplied garments at this time.
Turn the garment inside-out before washing. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidery. Ironing the embroidery flat with a pressing cloth is acceptable if needed.
Improper care — particularly hot washes, high-heat drying, or direct ironing on embroidery — will cause thread distortion and is not covered under our defect policy.
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with chest width, body length, and sleeve length measurements. We recommend measuring a well-fitting garment you already own and comparing it to our chart rather than relying on standard size labels, which vary by brand.
Because all sales are final and we cannot accept size exchanges, taking an extra minute to check the measurements before ordering is worth it. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for hoodies and sweatshirts.
Yes. Custom manufacturing is available for both personal commissions and bulk orders. Submit a Custom Manufacturing Request via our Dispatch page. Include a clear description or reference images of your desired design, quantity, garment type, and deadline if applicable.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard international shipping takes approximately 14 business days after dispatch. Certain remote regions may take longer — if you have concerns about delivery to your location, contact us before ordering.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges vary by country and are entirely outside our control. We declare all shipments at their full value — we do not falsify customs documents.
If your country charges high import duties on apparel, research this before ordering. We will not refund orders refused at customs.
If your order is still in the manufacturing phase, your tracking link will not show movement — this is normal and expected. Tracking only activates once your parcel is physically handed to the carrier at dispatch.
If your order has been dispatched and tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@pumpkinduke.com with your order number.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Every garment is embroidered specifically for you — it cannot be restocked or resold. Read the size chart before you order.
Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Email support@pumpkinduke.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the defect.
Our quality team will review within 3–5 business days. Validated manufacturing defects result in a full replacement at no cost to you. Claims without photographic evidence or submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

No. Purchasing a product does not grant you equity, ownership, profit share, or voting rights in Pumpkin Duke or any of its ventures. You are a customer — The Rotlings — and your purchase is a transaction, not an investment. The Syndicate structure benefits The Hollowed Ones (our workforce), not the customer base.
Employment at Pumpkin Duke is application-based. Do not send a contact form message — those are for customers only and employment inquiries sent there are discarded. Submit the official job application and Human Resources will contact qualified candidates after review.
