Strict Operating Procedures
We do not hold mass inventory. Every garment is embroidered specifically for your order after it is placed. This is not a warehouse — it is a workforce. Because of this, manufacturing requires dedicated time that cannot be rushed without compromising quality.
- Standard Orders: Exactly 14 business days for manufacturing, stitching, and quality inspection.
- Custom Orders: Exactly 21 business days for design setup, test stitching, approval, and final production.
Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays. If your order is placed on a Friday, the clock starts Monday.
Once your garment clears our quality inspection and is dispatched, standard international shipping transit takes approximately 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves our facility.
Total turnaround time = Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time. A standard order placed today will arrive in approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
We currently ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Every single piece is custom-embroidered specifically for the individual who ordered it. It cannot be restocked, resold, or repurposed. We strongly advise reviewing our sizing charts thoroughly before placing your order. If you have sizing questions, contact us before ordering.
The only exception to our no-returns policy is manufacturing error. If you receive a garment with a verified structural defect or severe embroidery deformation caused by our production, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To file a claim:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.
- Provide your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the defect.
- Our quality team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
- If validated as our error, a replacement will be dispatched within standard manufacturing timelines.
Claims submitted after 7 days, without photographic evidence, or for damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
We declare all shipments accurately at their full value. We do not falsify customs documents or declare lower values to reduce fees — this is illegal and we will not participate in it.
If your country charges high import duties on apparel, factor this into your decision before ordering. We will not refund orders that are refused at customs.
