These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pumpkin Duke website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website.
Pumpkin Duke is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
All products sold by Pumpkin Duke are made to order. Nothing is manufactured in advance. Your garment is produced only after your order is confirmed and payment is received. This means we are unable to accept returns or cancellations based on personal preference, sizing assumptions, or change of mind once production has begun.
Product images on our website are as accurate as we can make them. Minor variations in colour tone may occur depending on your screen calibration. The embroidery design, placement, and garment specifications match what is described on each product page.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including delivery address, size, and contact details — is accurate. Pumpkin Duke is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued promptly.
All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery location and are not included in the displayed product price.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Standard orders have a manufacturing time of up to 14 business days followed by a shipping time of up to 14 days, depending on your location. Custom design orders have a manufacturing time of up to 21 days. These are estimated timelines, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control including shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Because every garment is made to order specifically for you, we only accept returns in the following cases:
Returns are not accepted for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before ordering.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@pumpkinduke.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the defect. Valid return claims are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within a further 7 business days.
All designs, characters, brand assets, and creative content on this website — including but not limited to Pumpkin Duke characters, design artwork, and brand identity — are the exclusive intellectual property of Pumpkin Duke. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Custom design orders: if you submit a design for embroidery, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use that design and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Pumpkin Duke accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted designs.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Pumpkin Duke’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
