Shipping Policy

Every Pumpkin Duke garment is made to order. Nothing leaves our facility until it has been produced specifically for you. This means slightly longer timelines than standard retail — but it also means you receive something that was made for you, not pulled from a shelf.

Production Time

Standard Orders Up to 14 business days

All standard embroidery orders — hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts from our existing design catalogue.

Custom Design Orders Up to 21 business days

Orders where you submit your own design for embroidery. Additional time is required for design digitisation and approval before production begins.

Production time begins after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, standard shipping takes up to 14 days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be displayed before you place your order.

Total Estimated Timeline

Standard order: Up to 28 days from order confirmation to delivery

Custom order: Up to 35 days from order confirmation to delivery

These are maximum estimates. Many orders arrive sooner depending on your location and production load.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Use it to follow your shipment through our courier’s tracking system. If you do not receive a tracking update within the production window, contact us at support@pumpkinduke.com.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Pumpkin Duke has no control over customs processing times or fees and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation. We do not under-declare values or mark shipments as gifts to avoid customs fees.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@pumpkinduke.com. We will attempt to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
