Submit inquiries regarding active orders, defect claims, or custom manufacturing requests. Irrelevant comms will be discarded without reply.
Initialize Comms →Monday through Friday. Expect a reply within 24–48 hours. Comms received on weekends are processed the following Monday.
Prepare high-resolution photographs before submitting. Claims without visual evidence will not be processed.
Have your order number ready. Inquiries without an order number cannot be traced.
